Therapeutic Change in IFS
How to ensure that the desired change actually happens.
ABOUT THIS COURSE
Have you unburdened an exile but not achieved the change in behavior you wanted? We can’t expect to attain full therapeutic change in one session, but it helps to understand what is needed to complete the change process.
Become a therapeutic change detective! Learn what is needed for change and how to get there. Learn what interferes with change and how to work that through. Understand how to follow up with exiles and protectors, so you develop full healing relationships with them. Learn about the five Basic Needs of a child and how they must be met for full therapeutic change.
The course will include demo sessions and consultations related to this issue, including follow-up.
For both professionals and lay people.
I will assume that you are already using IFS.
